The Keystone K-965 projector was first manufactured in 1964 and can only run regular 8mm film, not Super 8. See the List of Vintage Movie Cameras, Projectors at http://www.xs4all.nl/~wichm/cinelisb.html#K (hyperlink below.)
There are indeed dual projectors capable of projecting both 8mm and Super 8 movies.
