nikon view version 6.0

I purchased a Nikon 3500 coolpix camera here in Korea and I have been trying to download the ...Nikon View version 6.0 software for it in English...I cant find a site that will allow me to do that...as the serial # of my camera comes up as not registered with the Nikon site....desperate ...can someone please help.
