I, personally, got one of those letters. And to me it made me pretty proud, ya know still in my teens, never going to any critiquing club or photography class, and with a plain ole zoom, dig camera. And i got on line and looked it up (bc i couldnt find it at the website i thought my dad said--- pictures.com), it being "international library of photography" and i ended up coming across this story. So i said ok i'll read it and if its a flunk or some one who is jus against it who cares. I ended up reading it and listening/watching the video part. TO me that it was from CBC News was a sign that it was true in fact. I am sooooooooooooooooo angry about this! So of course right now i will NOT sign that release until further (good things) things come out of this. And i personally DONT know what to do but i know this SHOULD be brought to courts and what not and it will most likely stop me from entering my pics into contests.
