Catherine, before you rush your photo off to the International Library of Photography contest, you need some background. This contest never has a deadline, it's an ongoing business promotion by a company which publishs books. Most people who enter their photographs are sent a flattering letter offering to include their photo in an upcoming book. The ILP will then offer to sell you a copy of the book which includes your pet photo. It's a vanity press business. The money for the contest comes from people who buy the books.
