I received a call from Mystic's customer service manageer saying that their terrible service is the fault of USPS. It used to take about 10 days for an order to get to Mystic CT and back to California. I have now given them a second chance. Written them 3 Emails and received no answer. I just don't understand what their intent is. Their negligence just angers the customer more each time. I am throwing in the towel. I should not have sent that second order even tho they called me and asked me to please give them a second chance. Reminds me of the cabal in Washington D C.
