120 is about 60mm wide, generally making a negative 56mm across. Standard formats are 6x6cm, 6x4.5, 6x7 and 6x9.
620 is identical to 120 but rolled onto a different spool.
127 is about 40mm wide. Standard formats are (were) 4x4cm, 4x6 and 4x3; most common was the 4x4cm "super slide" in the late 1950s and early 60s. no cameras are made in this size any more, and film is hard to get. 620 is equally hard to get, but you can rewind 120 onto old 620 spools.
