I also used to use Clark/York/Mystic. For awhile there, Mystic was quite dependable and their work was good, but when they became affiliated with District Photo it went downhill from there.
I can supply you with two (2) processing labs that I have found recently and use exclusively; everything is excellent -- their processing, colors/contrast, and the turnaround time.
(1) dotphoto.com (located in West Trenton, NJ)
(2) Club Photo and Signature (located in Austin, TX)
dotPhoto.com does not return your negatives when you send in film for developing. That isn't a problem for me, because your photos are online; you can view your photos online and order. That way you don't have a lot of negatives that you have to keep.
