I am looking at purchasing a used zoom lense for my Minolta X7-A. I have found a Vivitar 28-210, 1:4.5 and a Vivitar 28-210, 1:3.5. I don't have a lot to spend and these are basically all I can afford. The Vivitar has a much larger lense circumference where the Chinar lense is quite small. How much of a difference does this make? I am just starting out and plan to take pictures of my children playing sports. Thanks in advance.
