Canonet QL-17 repair question

I recently cleaned the shutter blades on my
QL-17 successfully but forgot to mark the
position of the rear lens element when it was
removed. I put it back in and tightened per
my memory of the torque required to remove it
but I'm sure I didn't get it back in exactly.
Does it take just a small deviation from the
factory setting to cause a focusing problem ?
