:I can bet you somewhere along the line you agreed to release copyright. The problem lies in that aspiring photographers are so flattered that
someone seems interested in thier work do get a little carried away. If you think back to the time when they contacted you about publishing your picture at some point in the fine print there was either a copyright release as a condition of acceptance of your work. Whwn you respond to any any "photo contest" or other some such invitation you have to read CARFULLY every word of the agreement you are entering into. Think back carefully, did you do that ??? These sort of people do this for a living so you can bet they have thier arses covered otherwise they would be in court every day of thier lives !!

After reading the previous messages I decided to check the Ephotograph site, because International Library of Photography informed me three years ago (2000) that my photo is going to be in one of their books. And yes, they are selling my photo! Nobody ever informed me that this would be done. I doupt that I would be receiving any money if they sold that pic, even though it says on my pic on their web site that I have copyrights. Does anyone know what I should do? I don't think that this is quite right.
