I have a Dimera 3500 and I can't scan any images from it. I could do so last month but no my program says that either the power isn't turned on or it's not connected to the com port. I've checked all connections and the power was on, I even uninstalled the driver and all then reinstalled and it still won't work. If anyone has any suggestions please e-mail. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
