: Sorry to write about CLARK COLOR LAB again here, after this many posting. This time it is not about missing films or delayed processing etc. The problem is that I sent a color film to them and they sent me back with some B&W pictures. HOW COULD THIS BE? I called them, they told me that they can't change the color of the picture, must be that I had a B&W negative. But I'm sure I bought color film. I am baffled. Does anyone know how this could happen? Could it be the mistake of phone lab during processing?

Jeff;
It sounds like the Lab returned your correct pictures, but in B&W. If this is so I think
the fault is yours or the person who sold the film. Both Kodak and Ilford sell a film
for those people wo need a B&W print that can be processed in C-41 color chemistry.
Look at the edge markings on the negative strips. I know the ilford mark is XP-2
and I think the Kodak is TCN but don't quote me. To keep this from happening again
learn what films are available and to read the boxes .
