I live near one of Clark Lab's processing plants (District Photo in Beltsville, MD). They can be great and they can be dismal--I've stopped using their processing, even though it is cheap, because of the inconsistencies. They will never admit they are wrong.
Now that Mystic Color Labs has been taken over by Clark/District, Konica is about the best cheap option, amoung the mass processors. You can reach them at 1-800-684-6770, or check out the ebay link below for a seller that sometimes auctions their mailers. If they don't have them listed, ask them to list any remaining ones next week.
