I have the original software for my scanner, but I am having trouble with it since moving to W98se. Action manager comes up then shrinks to the task bar and won't maximise. Can you offer me any advice. Many Thanks, John

I would like to use plustek opticpro 600p scanner but the "set up" file on our CD rom seems to be corrupted. We purchased this scanner from the Future Shop, Thunder Bay, ON approximately 4-5 years ago. We have the scanner hooked up to our new emachine and upon attempting to install the software we get an error message and the setup.exe does not install the program software.
Editor's Note: Plustek is the correct spelling, not Plustec. If consumers will visit the Plustek scanners web site they may find the drivers they seek OR learn the awful truth, which is that many older Plustek scanners will not work with Windows XP and no drivers are offered because they can't be written.
