i believe the 126 TLS would have been made by ricoh, who had a 35mm line called Singlex TLS, and who made most of the sears brand cameras in the late 60s and 70s. they made 35, 55 and 100mm lenses for it. the kodak instamatic reflex was made by kodak in germany and shared lenses with the 35mm retina reflex.
you MAY be able to find film for one somewhere, but it's not easy and not worth it.
