Don't turn the film in, all in at the same time--wherever you decide to take it!!!
You will have to keep searching and when you do find a place that does a good job, farm out a little more film to see how they do on a case by case basis.
Many places don't give a damn about the customers--but by the tone of your message I think you've already figured that out.
