Bell & Howell hasn't made photographic equipment in 20 years. They license the use of their name to a company called Jazz Photo Corp. http://www.jazzphoto.com/ and that's who you should be talking to. If your camera is a few years old, I wouldn't be too surprised if they don't have Windows XP drivers for your model. Many older digital cameras won't work with Windows XP. In some cases, software drivers can't be written which will make the camera work with XP. They show only one driver available for download on this page http://www.jazzphoto.com/digital.htm
