I don't think you'll find a slide scanner that'll specifically do 110 scans, but how about modifying a single slide mount with a mask to accept the smaller negs and slides and use a regular film scanner?
With a bit of fiddling, you could carefully file or shave out a slot so that a strip of 110 negatives could be fed through and scanned one at a time.
I haven't tried it, but in theory it should work; most scanners allow you to apply crops to the raw scans.
Hope this helps... perhaps somebody else here might know more.
By the way, that Pentax 110 had a fine reputation for getting the most out of those tiny negs!
