my first guess is that it would be in the slow-speed timing gears, in which case it probably won't occur at 1/60 or higher. another possibility is the curtain bearings, but then it should be happening at all speeds.
is the shutter accurate at 1 second (might want to check this at cold temperatures)? if so, it's working okay if you don't mind the noise. still, a CLA should quiet it down, and it isn't going to hurt anything...
