Well, I believe the Vivitar S-Cam was actually manufactured by Minton Optics and was also known as the Minton S-Cam.
The Minton Optics web site offers drivers for download. Go to http://www.minton.com.tw/download/html/download2.htm and see if you can find the picture of your camera. If you do, you're in luck. Download the drivers and make a backup copy.
If I'm wrong, then you are out of luck, unless you can persuade Vivitar to provide a copy.
