This is odd. Clark Labs posts an address in Maryland located in Hampton Park. When dialing the directory for a telephone number there is no listing in Maryland for a Hampton Park. This would make one wonder. Why the secrecy?

No big secret I suspect. Many companies have unlisted numbers. It is probably a location which is not setup to answer consumer questions directly so what's the point of hiring someone to sit all day saying "we cannot help you here, you will need to call customer service department at the following nunber." Just wastes everybody's time and makes customers mad. Regards Mikeb.

First, Clark Color Labs is a brand name and company owned by District Photo of Beltsville, Maryland (their actual location.) Their is only one Clark Color Lab, with a dozen post office boxes in various cities which collect and forward the film to the photo lab in Maryland. When combined with their other subsidiaries, York Photo Labs, Mystic Color Labs and Snapfish.com, they are unquestionably one of the largest photofinishing companies in the United States.
Second, you can find contact information for Clark Color Labs in our FAQ http://www.acecam.com/faq/clarklab.html

Haven't received my order from Clark photo lab in nearly a month. I was just wondering if I should be worried.

I paid the .99 for the photos on-line. Will you please let me know where I can find these?

I also paid Clark Labs to put my photos online. Where can I find them on the web?
