I have sent the following email to TECO in Taiwan several times concerning problem loading CD-Rom onto PC. But get no reply to date.
I don't know if anyone can provide any advice, please?

It starts well and, in fact, 2 manuals are downloaded plus some shortcuts,
then the Install hangs up.
There is an "illegal oparation" error.
Details are:
ISSET_SE general protection fault in module CTL3D.DLL @ 0002:000009c3 .
This means absolutely nothing to me, of course, not having a degree in computing!!
Is there any known incompatibility you are aware of, for example?
I have an IBM Aptiva 2153-E35 running Win 98.
Appreciate any advice you may give.
