If you are looking to save money don't even start. If your looking for complete creative control at any price go ahead. If you think color processing is very profitable for labs you are mistaken. What they rely on is volume. Thsy buy paper and chemistry in bulk you will not be able to do this as all this stuff has a shelf life, if would be out of date before you could use it. Add to this the amount of waste you will generate without very expensive color control equipment will bury you financialy. It takes years to become a good printer and a lot of throw away prints.
