I have a Bell and Howell Filmosound8 that needs a frame speed adjustment. It has a flutter on the picture as if the frame rate is a little slow. I have adjusted the speed knob i as far as it will go. Could it be that the belt is stretched? Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.
Editor's Note: the only movie projector adjustment I remember is to increase the size of the film loop after the film has passed through the film gate. This will sometimes stop flutter and help sound synchronization problems.
