What is the best approach to stacking multiple lens filters? I don't have any real examples but say you wanted to use a polarizing and warming filter together. Which would you put to the on the lens first? Would filters for incandescent or fluorescent lighting go closest to the lens or on the outer most part? I'm just looking for general guidelines.
