The IIIc is a sought after collectable camera, but to bring a good price it would have to be functional. If it all worked and it was cosmetically good+ the value would be $125 to $200. If it is the IIIC model then the value is even higher.
The light meter is repairable on the IIIc, any repairman worth his salt would be able to repair it. However, most repairman that know how to fix them have retired or don't work on many things. Contrary to what you hear these meters are repairable. BUT, expect to pay $75-$125 for the repair. If you decide to sell it 'as is' then it will still bring a pretty penny. Let me know if you want to get rid of it.
