As far as I know there is ONLY ONE K-1000 camera, which was sold by Pentax. However there are several cameras that use the "K" mount on SLR cameras.
Pentax still makes manual focus SLR cameras, and so do other makers like Nikon, Minolta, and Canon. If you are set on the "K" mount, Vivitar and Ricoh use the "K" mount on SLR cameras.
