I have inherited some darkroom equipment and I have absolutely no idea what to do with it, to tip it or to flog it! Amongst the items are:
1x Meopta Meochrom 2 colour head plus manual
1x Meopta Axomat 4a enlarger plus manual
2x Photax lights (1 red 1 black)
1x JoboDrum 1525 rotation tank (system 1500)
1x Photax universal film tank
3x coloured trays ( red grey and white)
1x sealed bottle of universal developer
1x sealed bottle of acufix rapid fixer
1x sealed bottle of indicator stop bath
5x measuring jugs (differrrent sizes)
tweezers, thermometer, pegs etc
2 boxes of unused slide mounts, lots of empty slide boxes, slide cutter and mounter plus other bits that I don't know.
What I need to know is: what is this lot worth, and where should I flog it? My local camera shop offered me £30 for the lot, is this reasonable or are they ripping me off. I don't know! Maybe someone here wants it. Either way any help would be appreciated - sorry to waste so much time!! And thanks!
