I use an Epson too. I did this and it helped me.
When printing your project use the RGB setting on your Epson software instead of the "photo enhance" setting. That will/should make your colors match the colors you see on your monitor more closely.
I also found a program (plug-in) for Photoshop on Cnet. It sets up your monitor colors for Photoshop. It was a freeware program. I'm sorry, but I can't recall the name of the plug-in. You can go to Cnet and search through their Photoshop plug-ins and find it. It shuldn't take to long to find it. It's a freeware program.
Monitor/printer color matching is a problem that I haven't seen anybody address yet. If anyone else has any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
