:look along the edges of the blank rolls, if the barcodes and frame numbers are there then the lab is correct, not exposed for some reason, maybe misloaded, maybe shutter not opening. If there are no barcodes or frame numbers then the lab could well be to blame.

i have sent four sets of film in to be developed 1 no. aps,2 no.35 mm, 1 no.black & white 35 mm all the 35 mm where shot from the same camera yet the only films i got back where aps & black & white. the 35 mm did not come out, they say the film may not have been loaded right, rubbish!they didnt return the rolls just blank negs,has anyone else had this. is it the lab trying to cover up a mess up. or why would my film just not come out at all?
