: Can someone tell me if only certain flash units work with the F-70? I just got the camera from a friend and my flash may not be synchronized to it. I may not know what the settings should be. Help?

On dedicated Canon flash units your camera's X synchronization is at 1/90 second. Using non dedicated , the flash synch. will be at 1/60 second.
