I am a long time user of Minolta cameras (XG-1 from the mid 70's) Just bought a used "X-700" (no operator's manual). I don't have a clue as to how it stacks up to the rest of the market as to quality and value.

Second, it came with a Cosina 28-70---1:4---Macor Zoom. Never heard of them.

What say you about how these two products rate with the others out there.
