I was looking for Clark Color lab online as they sent me an envelope for processing with a special deal. I sent the film and got the pictures within 4 weeks, even though I sent money for express delivery also. I checked the box for online viewing of pictures and provided my e-mail address but they have not sent me any mail. From all your comments, I will no longer pursue contacting them and will try other labs. I guess it was lucky for me that my pictures and negatives got back to the right address!
