Does anyone know how many DPI are needed on a 35mm negative scanner to be able match the quality that I get from printing 8X12 or 11X14 prints from a negative. Is there a good scanner out their that will allow me to scan my negative and then never have to use it again because I can have enlargements made from
the new file? Thanks for your help.
