Is there a manual which comes with the Titan II QTII Pro-Sport Deluxe Monopad?

First I spent a good five minutes puzzling over what in the heck a monopad was. You have to mean monopOd.
The word Titan and monopod are associated with Cullman, a German manufacturer of monopods and tripods
The US distributor for Cullman is RTS Inc. and the Cullman Titan monopods are displayed on this page http://www.rtsphoto.com/html/cullm7.html
If this is a brand new monopod, contact the retailer who sold it to you. If this is an older monopod and you acquired it used, it's unlikely you'll find an instruction manual.
Editor's Update: I've subsequently discovered Quantaray (Ritz Cameras) apparently also sells tripods under the Titan model name. I'm almost 100% certain Quantaray Titan tripods and monopods are not made by Cullman.
