: I am a secondary school teacher in London. I would like to know as much information about disposable cameras as possible, from packaging to materials to marketing the camera. Can you help?

Sir,
I can tell you some basics. They have a single element lens with a fixed focus setting. The film plane is curved like the early Minox cameras to keep costs down. It's less expensive and easier to curve the film along the natural focal plane than to correct the lens. It gives deeper depth of field also. Apertures are fixed as is the shutter speed.
As far as marketing these beauties .. can't help you there.

Frank
