Editor's Response: I see you are in the United Kingdom. Until recently Praktica's UK distributor was Jenoptik UK. Praktica now appears to be their own distributor. I suggest you contact Praktica (UK) Ltd., at Unit 11 Summit Rd, Cranborne Ind Estate, Potters Bar, Herts, EN6 3QW England, phone (01707) 660900 and fax (01707) 642166.
