You don't provide enough information. Are you buying this lens for a $1000 Nikon or an old 35mm camera worth $100.
The Korean lens manufacturing industry is not as well developed as optics fabrication in other countries. In general, lenses made in Korea are not as highly regarded as lenses manufactured in Japan or Germany. A Korean made lens may be totally adequate for use by the occasional weekend photographer. I would be reluctant to recommend buying one if it were going to be subject to constant or professional use.
