Do you mean that with a little radiation, you could take x-ray pictures of people's insides? Or is this similar to the rumor floated by Sony marketing last year, claiming one of their camcorders with infrared sensitivity could see through people's clothing, undressing them without their knowledge?
Frankly I doubt there is anything to this story.
