Hello. I have entered one of their contests. I don't know if this is a legitimate and respected organization. Let me tell you why. Last spring i entered a contest that was part of the international library of photography. I received information saying that i was a great photographer and that my picture was going to be published in their next book. All i had to do was sign my approval. To get a book, i had to send about $102. Later i get information telling me that i am to receive my book by April 2000. It is now the middle of June and i have yet to receive it. If anyone has any idea about what is going on, please call me.
