Adapter needed for SP70-210 to ELAN IIe

I need an adapter for the Tamron SP70-210 lens for an ELAN IIe. I was told that Tamron made an adapter for the EOS series early on, but they quit manufacturing it. Does anyone know who/were I might be able to acquire one.
