I have a Kodak DC 210 digital camera which needs repairs. The Kodak service repair facility will repair it but I do not wish to pay the extremely high cost for their service. Does anyone know of an inexpensive repair service where I can send this camera?

Inexpensive and camera repair are two words that don't belong in the same sentence. There is no such thing. Even the most minimal camera repairs can cost $100 or more.
With the newness of digital cameras and the proprietary nature of each company's technology, I think you have only one real choice, Kodak's service repair facility. Going elsewhere is like playing Russian Roulette with your camera.
