The first trick here is to determine who actually manufactured the Montgomery Ward Super 8 movie projector. Just as Brother was the manufacturer of Wards electric typewriters, someone else produced the house brand projector for Wards. Once you determine who the original manufacturer was, it will make your search for parts much easier, and you may find that the manufacturer produced the same projector under their own name with a different model number.
Honestly it may be easier and cheaper to buy a used super 8mm projector, or have the movies transferred to video tape before they crumble.
