: TO fit my takumar lens, i ordered a used ricoh xrp because I ....
: 1. know nothing (about cameras esp.) 2. It was cheaper than the pentax (I have broken 2 of these)and figured "what the hey"
: Now I can't find any (very very little) info on this camera, I jsut wanted a "student type" camera but especially wanted double-exposure feature...can I do this with the xrp?
The Ricoh XR-P is a multi-program camera.
It's really essential to read the owner's manual to get full benefit from any sophisticated 35mm camera. There's an online manual for the XR-P at the following page http://www.butkus.org/ricoh/xr-p/index.html
You can buy an original manual for $25 (or a xeroxed copy for $18) from Craig Camera http://www.craigcamera.com/
That said, very few modern 35mm cameras make it easy to do double exposures. Reading the manual will answer your question.
