I don't know of a Nikon mount lens that will do this. If you're desperate enough, you can check you depth of field by pressing the lens release button and rotating the lens barrel slightly clockwise (as if you were going to remove it). The diaphragm stops down in the first 5 or 10 degrees of rotation before the lens actually starts to loosen. If you're really adventurous, you can mark the point where the diaphragm is fully stopped down, and drill a hole in the lens mount so that the catch will click into the hole, allowing you to check your DOF this way without worrying about the lens falling off.
