I have an old Minolta SRT-101 with a light meter that fails to function. Is there any way to repair this myself? Could I find an online reference that would aid me in this?

Hello Daniel,
I run a camera repair shop in Indianapolis and still work on the
old Minoltas. Changing out the light meter is not easy. Removing
the top, prism, frame, and other assm'y takes some time and there
are pitfalls along the way. If you want to call me
1-888-222-1747, M-F 9am-6pm, I can tell you more about cost and
what might be some related problems that makes the light meter
not work. Thanks.. Ron
