Chinon stopped making 35mm cameras a couple of years ago. I've looked through the list of Chinon camera manuals on the Craig Camera web site and none of them have any of the numbers you refer to, so you are not reading the model name or number. You'll need to visit the library for a copy of McBroom's Camera Bluebook to get an idea of when the camera was made.
