John,
I think you are going to be out of luck. There are APS film scanners made, but you are talking about two film formats which are on their way out - 126 film hasn't been made in more than a year and 110 film can't have many years of production ahead. I think it's very unlikely any manufacturer is going to produce a scanner for something which is on the way out. I wonder if you could get an adequate scan with a high dpi 35mm scanner?

What about something like the Epson scanners that have a "transparency" adaptor? Their ads say that they also can do negatives. Do you lay them out on the flatbed? I don't know how they work, but maybe they'd work better for 110 film than the other suggestions.
I'm not sure, but am toying with the idea of getting the Epson & transparency thingie, because right now, I'm not sure digital cameras are a great deal (at least from the bang-for-the-buck point of view), but I enjoy editing my pics on the computer. My current scanner loses a bit in the translation, when I scan from a photo; of course, it's a cheap scanner, so I guess I got what I paid for. ;-) This combo I'm speaking of is about $300 list, I think, so it's not exactly cheap. I have not shopped around, though.
