I have a couple old Mamiya leaf shutter lenses that had the same problem. After a ten years or so the machining oil starts to come out of the metal and the aperture blades begin to stick. The only solution that I am aware of is taking the lens apart and cleaning the blades in a solvent.
I took my lenses to a good repair shop. I wouldn't want to take apart my lenses, but if you feel confident, go for it.
Hope that helps,
