I have a black Nikkormat FT with a Nikkor-H 50mm f2.0, and the meter is way over sensitive. Always giving a very high reading. Has anybody seen this problem before and is this easy to rectify?

Does the metering in FT's tend to suufer from a common fault, as I have seen a few FT's with this fault.
